Feng Shui your bedroom to attract positive energies|As told by Chinese.

Did you ever feel contented and relaxed after de-cluttering your room and changing its setting in a specific way? Do you feel the difference between the atmosphere and your mood in different rooms of your home?

Today we are going to discover why. The ancient Chinese technique for Feng Shui encourages us to adjust our homes and make more joyful, more effective lives, room by room. We frequently direct our concentration toward the room, the asylum where we can rest and energize. Having the best possible Feng Shui in the room can help your sentimental life and additionally your capacity to rest and to feel in charge. You need to know how to keep the chi streaming, and how to divert any negative vitality that may go into your room – and your life. In the event that you need to know how to Feng Shui your room, let’s start 🙂

1. Get a bed with hard headboard:

b1.jpg

As per feng shui standards, Cho suggests picking a tough headboard, ideally a wooden one, without any bars or openings on it. “The headboard keeps you associated with your partner and settles you in bed. Not having a headboard influences your relationship to feel more temporary,” Cho says. Also, in case you’re single, a solid headboard can help pull in a solid and secure relationship, defenders accept.

2. Get a full or queen size bed:

b2.gif

Recollect your twin bed or futon in school. Would regardless you need to rest in it? We didn’t think so. Cho says getting a full or ruler measure bed is perfect for feng shui on the grounds that it encourages a peaceful night of rest and gives chi a chance to circle legitimately underneath it. It likewise makes a feeling of fellowship amongst you and your partner. By examination, twin beds can feel choked and ephemeral, while extra large beds can be excessively open, making it impossible to advance closeness. In addition, going larger than usual regularly implies split box springs under the sleeping cushion, which can make disharmony, also cause issues with your back, Cho says.

3. Keep underneath your bed mess-free:

b3

You probably won’t understand it, however, the vitality from the things you store underneath your bed can exchange to you, Cho says. That is the reason feng shui specialists exhort getting out the clutter so that the vitality can circulate around you while you’re resting. “On the off chance that those things have or speak to dynamic vitality, similar to shoes, books or an activity tangle, you can assimilate it on an intuitive level.” If you totally need to store things there, Cho prescribes constraining them to delicate things, similar to bed sheets, materials, and cushions.

4. Appreciate mirror arrangement:

b4.jpg

Diverse schools of feng shui have restricting perspectives on mirrors in the room, however, Cho says having round or oval mirrors really symbolize progression in a relationship and assists with the stream of chi in the room. Numerous feng shui specialists prompt against having a mirror straightforwardly before your bed since it might cause treachery in a relationship, and it may likewise be bumping to see your appearance on the off chance that you wake up amidst the night. Rather, you can position a full-length reflect far from your bed, with the goal that you can see an impression of the entryway and who are entering. Or then again, stash that mirror within your storage room entryway.

5. Adorn with relaxing hues:

b5.jpg

Earth tones, for example, blue, green and darker, are best for the room, Cho says. What’s more, this is upheld by the National Sleep Foundation, as well. At the point when your ganglion cells — the receptors in the retina of your eyes — get the shading blue, your circulatory strain and heart rate back off, which help set you up for rest.

“These hues enable you to relax and are calming to the eyes. Dynamic hues like red and brilliant pink can empower you excessively,” Cho says. On the off chance that you like those shades have a go at including contacts of peach, coral, burgundy or purple in your sheets, cushions or drapes (as opposed to sprinkled over each of the four dividers).

6. Avoid too many electronics in your room:

b6.jpeg

You got it. Gadgets, similar to a TV, workstation, and cell phone are a room no-no in light of the fact that they can delay — or disturb — rest. On the off chance that you utilize your telephone as your wake up timer, keep it five to 10 feet from your bed so you need to get up to stop it. Along these lines, you’re additionally not enticed for a late-night look on Instagram or Facebook. Blameworthy? “Before you think about purchasing a repetitive sound, I would attempt to expel the same number of hardware from your room,” Cho says. As per Cho and other feng shui specialists, hardware discharge electromagnetic vitality, regardless of whether they’re not being utilized, so it’s best to keep them out of the room. You may likewise need to have a go at streaming to these yoga postures to help set up your body for bed.

7. Rejuvenate your space with plants and incense oils:

b71.jpg

While diverse schools of feng shui don’t generally concede to having plants in the room, Cho accepts they’re extraordinary for rest. “Snake plants assimilate carbon dioxide and discharge oxygen around evening time. I additionally like brilliant fathers and orchids,” Cho says. The green shade of plants can be alleviating to the eyes and help place you in a decent inclination.

What’s more, when you get up toward the beginning of the day, seeing a lively plant can help invigorate you, she includes. You can likewise take a stab at playing up your feeling of smell. Some of the time, a fragrance is all you have to move vitality in a room from focused and tension-ridden to quiet and gathered. A 2012 survey led by the National Sleep Foundation found that individuals are more eager to go to bed on sheets with a crisp aroma. That is the reason Cho and numerous other feng shui specialists additionally prescribe getting a diffuser with fundamental oils. “Orange and lavender oils are incredible for relaxation and sound sleep,” Cho says.

8. Have dim lighting:

b8.jpg

For the best Feng Shui, you ought to stay away from brilliant, flashy lights, or roof lights over your bed. Rather, have work area lights with delicate light, and endeavor to get as much characteristic light as you can from the window. This will influence you to feel more tranquil and quiet than cruel lights that are too splendid. You can easily get fairy lights at a cheaper rate to let the magic happen 🙂

9. Avoid photos of relatives or friends “watching you.

b9

You can have a few key family photos in your bedroom, but avoid a clutter of photos of people everywhere, or you will feel like you’re being watched and will get overwhelmed. The same goes for religious figures. Instead, use inspiring art for rejuvenation.

Be aware of the position of the windows:

b10.jpg

If you can, try to avoid placing your bed between the window and a door, or you’ll be in the middle of the “draught” of chi running between these two places. If you can’t avoid it, just make sure you have nice, pleasant curtains to block some of the bad energy. You should also avoid sleeping facing the window if you can, or your sleep won’t be as restful.

Sparkle dust on the chapter of our love life | Things that we do and what we should actually do | A clearer picture of relationships.

Do true relationships really exist? Asked one of the girls in my class. I was amazed and surprised at the same time by this most confusing question that I ever encountered in my whole life. At the same night, I was lying on my couch while staring at the sparkling constellation. The same question came to my mind so I dialed my sweetheart’s number right away. I bombarded him with the same question suddenly. Sweetie, do the true relationships really exist? He was so confused that I got no difficulty in imagining his awkward face. Ummm… He replied, I guess Yes! We are in a true relationship baby girl. What are you talking about? Do you have any doubts about it? Definitely not, I replied though I didn’t get my answer. Everything in this universe is unpredictable and so we are ourselves. We can’t say what might come to us and when. Sometimes what we think to be perfect for us is the start of our downfall. In this article, I will try to explain what true love actually is, what are the confusions we encounter in our everyday life and how can we avoid them.

Love at the first sight:

romeo.gif

I always had this strong belief in love at first sight and many times it happened to me as well. Love, at first sight, does exist and it might feel like magic, but it is none less than a mere illusion. Yes, we can say attraction or charm, addiction or lust at the first sight but love is a much sacred and a complex entity to develop in such a short span of time. I always believed that yes, this is my love at the first sight and the same happened with many of my friends. Remember, love can never be terminated. Love always suffers, take turns, burns and requires sacrifice.

Just like a diamond is cut, polished, broken and hammered to attain its originality, true love is also formed slowly and eventually but for the rest of your life.

There was a class fellow of mine who fell in love with me (as he claimed) and proposed me right away. I wasn’t so sure if I even had a spark for him and our friendship continued with continuous bombardment of the one-sided feelings from his side. Slowly and gradually I also started feeling like I have this strange connection with him. (as assumed by me) Eventually, after a few months, we were in a relationship. (what we thought it to be) After a few more months, I realized that he had a lot of trust issues and many insecurities regarding me. Obviously, this wasn’t gonna work so we parted our ways just after a year or so.

Immaturity:

huff

The aforementioned topic of love at the first sight is mainly responsible for immaturity in our relationships. We confuse charm and inclination, need and pleasure with love and get ready to give our everything to this supposed partner of ours. While, after a short span of time, when this assumed relationship ends, we have nothing to gain but a lot much to lose. Trust me guys, love isn’t an easy thing to do. Love is all about compromises, sacrifices, and difficulties. Take it easy and take it slow so that the fruit might come out as you want it to be. Then even if the relationship terminates, get over it because it was never supposed to be yours. He/She wasn’t the right person for you. Usually, girls and guys move on to this new trend of “how dare you ditched me” by spreading hate, taking revenge and keeping grudges so that they might destroy the other person’s life. This utter immaturity leads many people to become hopeless about relationships also, leaving them with trust issues regarding relationships and friends.

He, who is yours, will never leave. And the one who leaves, was never yours!

False Expectations:

hu

Expectations develop naturally when you care for somebody. False expectations are the major source of disappointments and insecurities when it comes to relationships. If my husband is a clerk at some government institute and I expect him to bring me expensive presents every night, this is totally stupid. You are not deceiving anyone but yourself. You must swim with the flow of the river if you want to sail your ferry of love smoothly. Don’t try to swim against the currents as it will only invite pessimism and destruction.

Rosina got married to a kebab seller who didn’t earn a good deal. Rosina was a wise lady, she never looked down upon her husband or cursed fate. In fact, she accepted the realities of life and worked hard throughout the days and nights. She decorated her small cottage, polished it into a perfect vintage fashion and asked her husband to offer free tea to his customers with kebab orders to attract a bigger crowd. Rosina and her husband opened a tiny retro kebab cafe in their small cottage. Slowly and gradually, their cafe got a partnership with the famous interior decorators in the town. Rosina’s cafe became a cozy nook for people and finally got sold for a million dollars.

Now think of viceversa. What would have happened if Rosina had those false expectations from her husband? See, I know, we all look at those happy couples daily on Instagram hanging out at expensive restaurants, spending vacations abroad, traveling to exotic destinations, doing luxury wine and dines and what not. But this isn’t it. They might have different troubles in their life. Just stop cursing your fate and developing them sky scrapping false expectations. Our husbands and boyfriends are already going beyond their strength and limits to put that stupid smile on our face. Did you ever feel the pain they get when you demand something that they fail to bring for you? Just think of it! 🙁

Comparisons:

huh.jpg

“The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel.”

-Steven Furtick

While I was on a vacation with my sweetheart, we saw a handsome man surfing on the high tides. He is flawless, look at his moves hon! Don’t you think he looks hot while performing his surfing stunts? I always wanted to see you surfing like him. How do you think is my man going to react now? 😀

Now think vice-versa, Honey look at that man over there! I believe you can surf better than him. I want to watch my man surfing over there instead of that ordinary sea surfer. I bet you that my man is going to jump out of his seat to grab that silly surfing board.

This is how it works. And I guess it is highly unethical to make comparisons. It is as if you are expecting the water to become milk. We all are different and we are supposed to be different because if everybody will fly to the moon, who will stay on the earth? If you are unhappy with your partner, try to mould him into your desired shape rather than trying to make him a whole new thing. Remember, it will only break the other person. Comparisons always bring opposition and stubborn attitudes with them. I will definitely help my mom with the dishes if she asks me to but I swear I ain’t gonna touch a single dish if she sticks to this comparison game by saying: Look at Meryem, she helps me the whole day while you sit idle just doing nothing. 😀 (I know my sister will definitely curse me while reading this) Haha 😀

Stick more, complain less:

yay.jpeg

Complaining are only for the weak. In true relationships, there is no complain, there is no blame game, but only courage, hope, sharing, and trust. If I talk about myself, I am that clumsy partner who always messes up the things, creates complications unintentionally, causes problems for my other half and am completely unable to control myself when it comes to public dealing. So whenever anything goes wrong, it is not only my fault but my partner is also accountable for this as he didn’t keep a check on my activities in the first place and when something is totally messed up, I am a victim of his anger 😀 It is actually cute because he is very possessive about me but his method is not right at all. I am a traveling type of person who never wants to miss any conference, seminars, workshops, volunteering, internships while he thinks counterwise that I must stay away from the public because of my clumsy attitude 🙁 Trust me, boy, I want you to travel places with me rather than criticizing later on. Please? 😀 Well, Stick to each other, help each other, cooperate, communicate and talk your heart out, share your opinions and thoughts while learning and growing with each other. This decreases the causes of complaining to the lowest level while strengthening up your bonding 🙂

Make the silence comfortable:

hug

I am sorry honey but I need a break!

Never say this! Like never ever say this to your partner. This is the instant heartbreaking formula. I would embrace a breakup than being bombarded cruelly with this line. See, we all need a time, a break from almost everything. Even from our own selves. Being rational and more reluctant towards the natural phenomenon of human life is more important because we are humans first then anything else. Our physical and sexual needs, sleeping and eating, relaxing and being comfortable are the first priority. You can never live happily causing discomfort to the other person. It is as if a couple goes out to the honeymoon and ends up stuck in a jungle full of snakes and scorpions at night. Do you expect them doing sex talks or cuddling each other in this ambiance of lovely snakes and magical scorpions? 😀 Naaah! They would spend the whole night calling for help, shuddering and looking out of the car’s window. That’s how we humans are. Our exterior is the direct reflection of our interior all we need is a charity eye who could understand us and know when and how to give space 🙂

No matter how much you both love each other, we all need time and space to think about ourselves, about the future, regret the past, mourn over the loss and to fill the voids. These voids cannot be necessarily about your love life but could also be regarding your personality, self-esteem, family problems, relationships, and independence. For example, sometimes I need space to think about my future, my education, job, how to support my parents, how could I manage my own expenses, my family planning, my marriage, my personality, my societal status, my insecurities, my independence and much much more for which I need time. I need time to cry sometimes and to pray to God, to talk to him and mourn over my sins, to ask for forgiveness about my misbehaviors with his mankind. I also need time to feel the happiness, cherish and digest it. I think that we also need time to digest happiness and sorrows before feeling them completely. For this all, I need time. I need space. And if I don’t get it often, I can never be comfortable with my relationship and my life.

I wish you all a magical relationship full of fairytale adventures and lovely unicorns. Just take care of your partners and never let them down. Say sorry on and off and try to avoid repeating the same mistakes. I would also love to say a hidden sorry to my darling through this post because he usually complains that I give more time to my website and lesser to him 😀 <3

Best comment I have gotten so far about loving and understanding people of other religions :)

Heya beautiful people! This post is actually a comment come post 😀 One of my beautiful follower Kate Berman who is running an excellent blog named as WANDERLUST AND WONDERMENT.
She recently left a beautiful comment on one of my posts: I am a Religionless Believer. Who am I?
She literally spoke my heart out so I wanted to share her comment because she did a beautiful effort to put up everything in words so I wanted to do some effort for her as well. Thank you so much fairy girl. You explained everything magically which maybe I would have failed to explain. Here is the comment:
I believe what keeps people from understanding each other is fear. Fear of the unknown, the different. Fear that the “other” will take over and leave us in the dark. Fear that our way of life will disappear. And fear that, after all this time believing and worshipping as we do, someone else comes along and says we are wrong.
But no one is wrong. Religion is a belief system, based on faith in a god or many gods. There is no right or wrong here. Science gives us facts, but religion answers our spiritual needs. I grew up Christian but lately have had a crisis of faith. I sit in church and something deep inside me says that I don’t believe in these things and that I am a hypocrite. But then I read an excellent book by John Shelby Spong called “Unbelievable: Why Neither Ancient Creeds Nor the Reformation Can Produce a Living Faith Today.” Spong is an Episcopalian priest. Yet he does not believe in the physical resurrection of Christ. Neither do I. He does not believe in heaven or hell. Neither do I. He doesn’t believe that Jesus was literally the son of God and a virgin. I long ago discarded these ideas. Yet he does believe in Jesus, as do I. It isn’t necessary for God and Jesus to be exactly as the church’s interpretation of the Bible says they are. There are many ways of believing. I believe that God is within us and in nature. God is our constant search for perfection. God is not a being, he is love, action, serving one another; he is our ability and talents and to honor him, we should live our lives to the fullest and be all we can be. A Guatemalan singer wrote a song called “Jesus is a Verb, not a Noun.” So profound! But whatever my beliefs, I respect those of other people. I love visiting churches, synagogues, mosques (although I have yet to visit one), and would love to see all the places in the photos you have posted here. I hope to see the ones in Israel on my trip there next January. What beauty humans have created to honor our God/Allah/etc.! Yet being all we can be as persons and loving others is the most beautiful and greatest honor we can give our God.

All good wishes and warm prayers of mine are for the betterment of your state tonight. Since this post is in the honor of Independence day of India, I will tell you what I like the most about India 🙂

Taj Mahal:

taj mahal.gif

Taj Mahal, Agra was built by The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his favorite wife Mumtaz Mahal in the time period of 1632-53. It is the masterpiece of Mughal Architecture and is one of the wonders of the world. It is known as a legend of eternal love of an Emperor for his favorite Queen. If I ever, by any chance, go to India in future, I would love to visit Taj Mahal 🙂

Pooja Thaali:

prasad.jpg

Whenever I watched an Indian drama, the only thing that fascinated me was their pooja thaali. As a kid I recreated many scenes with my dolls in which I intentionally added a pooja thaali somehow 😀 I know thats a bit funny but yeah thats what I did when I was young. #childhood confession. 😀 The best thing about pooja thali was basically the orange laddus in it. Oh my God! I want to get inside the television’s screen and snatch that mouth watering orange laddu 😀 Yeah I call it orange laddu. We also have laddus here in Pakistan but they are yellow laddus and I have this faith in the orangeladdus that they are the best and I want to eat them so bad once in a lifetime atleast :'( Pleaseeee! Anybody? 😀

Deepika Padukone:

deepika.jpg

Can I borrow Deepika for a day please? :'( Well, I love Deepika and can never get over her charisma. Deepika is the best thing in India right now 😀 Thankyou India for giving this world Deepika <3

Bollywood:

Bollywood is everbody’s safe haven when it comes to depression, time pass and fun. Just a click and Bollywood is there for the rescue. I recently watched Bajirao Mastani and damn! I loved it! Good work Bollywood! Keep entertaining us <3

I wish you all a happy independence day once again and wish you all a heart full of love and joy. Celebrate the day.

Much love and respect from Pakistan.

Passing the light and happiness to you 🙂

Happy Independence day to Pakistan 🇵🇰

Pakistan is not going to be a theocratic State – to be ruled by priests with a divine mission. We have many non-Muslims – Hindus, Christians, and Parsis – but they are all Pakistanis. They will enjoy the same rights and privileges as any other citizens and will play their rightful part in the affairs of Pakistan.

-Muhammad Ali Jinnah

This beautiful saying by the founder of Pakistan is the real essence of the base of our country. Pakistan means the land of pure. But unfortunately, due to social dilemmas like narrow mindedness and illiteracy, a few part of the country fails to follow these golden sayings. Today, I take a sincere oath that I will always stick to these precious sayings and will always love people regardless of their ethnicity and religion. It was a wonderful scene today in parliament when minorities like Hindus, rajisthani and others came to the parliament house in their beautiful traditional costumes and dressings for oath taking ceremony. It was a lovely sight. My eyes welled up many times as I wished for the happiness and prosperity of not only my country but of this whole world.

Tonight was a lovely night as there was a magical rain. It is 3:34 AM by now but the rain hasnt stopped. My battery is about to die as well. 😀 We went for the fireworks but sadly, they got canceled because of threats from terrorists throughout the state. Our bad luck ya know. But people enjoyed a lot at their own. 😀 They played loud music in their cars, sang songs, did fireworks, burnt explosives and what not. I wish from all my heart to get rid of this constant fear we Pakistanis have of terrorism. Well, no hard feelings tonight as it is the night of celebrations. 🙂

Happy independence day to my Pakistani fellows and I wish you all to stay as positive as you are now. Always ans forever. 🙂

Here are some pictures which yall might like to have a look upon 🙂 Thankyou so much for all the love, support and positivity. Much love to all. Now I shall go and work on my upcoming post in the honour of independence day of our neighbouring country.

Ps: I uploaded post last night but my battery died so it failed to upload. 🙁

Adios xx
