Perplexity Shall Not be a Bother Anymore.
Do you ever wonder how a simple smile from the baby, sitting across you in the subway lights up your day, while the other moment, the mere sight of a lonely girl staring at the vintage polaroids with teary eyes breaks your heart? Do you feel annoyed about the complexities and the pole-opposite behaviors of us humans?

There are these days where you want to be seen, be heard and be in the limelight. You want your name in the headlights and on the cover page of your favorite magazine. However, the days will also come when you will feel destitute, desolated and marooned in the never-ending island of your thoughts. Remember that these are the days when you need to own yourself. The previous self was you as well as the present, with just a tiny speck of difference; maybe because of something better or worse, that we see, feel and hear every day.
Talking about myself, some days I feel like writing on every blogging forum I have subscribed to, make detailed vlogs, pitch to every single magazine, read my published articles twice a day and be proud of myself. While there are some days where I cant get out of my blanket; I eat in my bed, sleep in my bed, a study in my bed and watch consecutive episodes of Riverdale until my eyes get blurry and I am not able to stare at the screen anymore. Where I am a highly organized person one day, I might be a complete time-waster the very next day.
I skipped my classes last Wednesday just because I felt like staying at home with my mother. After some time, I began to realize how big a mistake it was and how much work-load would be humiliating me the following day. However, instead of complaining and ruining my day off, I opened up the Snapchat, took a beautiful picture of my beautifully decorated wall and the sunlight flaunting windows, and posted it with a caption that said:
“I have decided not to regret any decision of mine and own every single one of them and be proud of myself in any case”

Just clear out your mind and remember that life is already too complex to make it any more painful. Don’t impose too much on yourself, neither overdo. Just swim with the flow and let your anxieties and confusions drift away slowly. Being confused and totally eccentric is okay. We all have good days where the sun shines brightest and there is no rain, however, life also brings a combo of pain and perplexity. It’s not just you, this is normal and not a bother at all. Nobody in this world is perfect and we all are bound to clumsiness, bewilderment, and negativity to some extent. All you need to do is giving yourself some space, plenty of time to relax and comfort yourself; Tell yourself that it’s okay and everything is gonna be alright.

I will say this, I feel like I was paradoxically more productive when I made space for my needs, instead of forcing myself to work every day.
